I can host sites for the nominal fee of $5/year.
My hosting service provides Domains for $15/year.
For maintenance and basic design/development my standard basic rate is $30/hour. For more complex design/development (e.g. more interactive sites) My rate is $35/hour. Everything is negotiable and quotes are always free.
To give a sense, I have listed a number of tasks below with approximate times and prices.

5 - 8 hours

♦Building a site with complex design elements or simple interactive components
7 - 12 hours
approx. $310 - $420
♦Building a site with many moving parts that interact with one another and with users
10 - 25 hours or more
approx. $350 - $875 or more
♦Re-designing an existing site
Anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on how the site was built
When I build sites I keep this in mind so as to make future changes as simple as possible

♦Adding pages/text etc. to an existing site
10 - 20 minutes per page
approx. $5 - $10 per page
♦Adding images etc. to an existing site
depending on how much editting the images need etc. 5 - 25 minutes per image
approx. $2.50 - $12.50 per image
♦Adding slideshows/search features etc. to an existing site
depending on the scope of the addition anywhere from 45 minutes to 4 hours
approx. $23.75 - $140
♦Fixing an issue with an existing site
This can varry widely even between two almost identical problems.
Sometimes it's just one tiny thing throwing everything off and sometimes it's a major design flaw that needs to be reworked.
Often I'll take a look at the site without doing anything first to give an estimate.
